General Summary:
Performs receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting the public. Receives, processes, and distributes mail and other correspondence. Assist Commissioners, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Assistant in the daily operations of the office and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
Performs receptionist duties including answering phones and greeting public;
Receives and distributes mail and other correspondence;
Maintains calendars and schedules appointments as requested;
Performs various office duties such as making copies, scanning, and drafting documents;
Serves as backup to Commissioners Court Executive and Administrative Assistants;
May be asked to serve as backup to County Judge's Administrative Assistant in receiving and responding to Open Records requests;
May be asked to perform administrative duties for Project Management;
Must be able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and have effective working relationship with co-workers.
