Management Inspire and guide a high-performance management team, emphasizing the importance of mentoring as a fundamental aspect of career development in management. Collaborate with the management team to formulate annual operating plans that align with Nativa's strategic vision and are in line with the available budget. Develop a strategic plan by conducting thorough assessments of technological and financial opportunities, and ultimately present findings to make recommendations for strategic decisions. Achieve subsidiary objectives by setting clear plans, defining budgets, establishing measurements for results, allocating necessary resources, regularly reviewing progress, and adjusting as needed to stay on track. Cultivate an environment within Nativa that encourages success, flexibility, and accountability, driving the team towards achieving their goals.
