CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Huntsville, AL Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00/hour Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM What's the Job? Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications Understand and interpret CNC programs and technical drawings Read and analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure quality standards Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Work effectively as part of a team, adhering to all company policies and safety procedures What's Needed? Trade school training, mechanical background, or experience operating CNC machines preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Strong understanding of machine shop mathematics Good verbal skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately What's in it for me?
