POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities will primarily include daily inventory management of the leading 3rd party marketplace fulfillment account while ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained. You will also be generating shipment plans for the leading 3rd party marketplace and communicating and working directly with our fulfillment center to ensure the 3rd party shipments are fulfilled correctly and timely.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor and manage FBA Dashboard to ensure we're maintaining performance metrics and keeping items in stock.
- Plan and create shipment plans and manage end-to-end delivery of shipments.
- Audit/resolve inbound inventory issues to 3rd party, ensuring all records in our ERP and Seller Central can be reconciled.
- Open cases and maintain communication with Seller Central as needed.
- Work with our fulfillment center to address and resolve any shipment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the 3rd party marketplace team to ensure all sales goals and stock needs are met.
- Responsible for reporting on shipping lead times and cost.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment center and the 3rd party marketplace team to determine optimum stock placement and new product launch dates.
- Evaluate current workflows and processes for opportunities for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Accountable to manager of 3rd party marketplaces
- Full time - Up to 45 hours a week during peak seasons, with a minimum of 40 hours, unless otherwise approved by manager.
- As an intricate part of the online marketplace team, this position will be responsible for working with the marketplace product team, fulfillment center, and accounting, to ensure the highest level of efficiency, which would require this person to be on-site collaborating 80% of the time.

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of direct FBA experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to in English read, write and comprehend.
- Ability to write correspondence and descriptive content.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, vendors and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.
