The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical department. They ensure that the clinic operates efficiently, provides high-quality patient care, and complies with all relevant regulations and policies. *Responsibilities: * · Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow · Responsible for the recruitment, retention, training, and motivation of clinical staff, as well as evaluating and developing staff performance · Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements · Monitor and optimize clinic workflows to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction · Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels and proper functioning · Train and supervise clinic staff, including medical assistants and nurses · Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues or conflicts that arise · Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning · Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and service by maintaining standards of excellence in clinical practice and customer service · Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and compassionate manner · Implement measures to improve patient experience, such as reducing wait times and enhancing communication · Implement strategies to increase revenue, minimize cost, and maximize profitability while maintaining quality of care · Ensure accurate billing and coding practices to optimize reimbursement and minimize revenue leakage · Stay current on healthcare regulations, laws, and industry standards relevant to clinic operations · Responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, MACRA, and MIPS; coordinates any needed or required training · Maintains HIPAA, patient, employee, and office confidentiality at all times · Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction scores, wait times, and clinical outcomes · Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency · Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and accreditation processes as required · Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology practices and procedures · Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice and conduct · All other duties as assigned *Position Requirements:* · Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution · Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Alabama · Current ACLS certification · Proficiency in medical billing and coding, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and other healthcare IT applications · Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment · Ability to multitask and prioritize duties · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work setting: * In-person * Medical office Experience: * Management: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Mobile, AL 36608 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Mobile, AL 36608: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
