**JOB SUMMARY:** Clear Resolution Consulting has a need for a Project Support Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii.
**DESCRIPTION:** The Project Support Specialist
provides project support to include: schedule development and maintenance; project documentation creation and maintenance; project monitoring and tracking; attends and participates in project related meetings; and makes recommendations for project execution.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop Microsoft Project schedules
* Coordinate the ordering and tracking of project materials (e.g. architectural products (wall mounts, furniture, etc.)
* Synchronize meeting and event schedules between directorate level offices
* Draft project documents to include project plans, bill of materials (BOMs), and project related reports and briefings
* Attend and provide input to Requirements Meeting and draft meeting minutes
* Prepare documentation to support the corporate level Requirements Review Board
* Draft strategic planning roadmap
* Draft executive-level project reports
* Meet Level 2 requirements for MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
* Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
* An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.
* At least five (5) years experience providing project support.
* A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline (Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree)
* Two (2) years experience developing schedules using MS Project
