Youll Love Coming to Work Every Day If You Get, Want, and Have the Capacity To: Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from conception to close?out - budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management. Partner closely with the Director of PDS and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution. Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met. Engage directly with tenants and brokers to develop scopes of work and deliver on?time, on?budget build?outs that exceed expectations. Conduct site walks, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects moving. Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, and document project progress throughout the construction lifecycle. Support preconstruction activities including bid reviews, estimates, and material procurement. ???? What You Bring Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects (ground?up, redevelopment, or tenant improvements). Strong understanding of construction project management principles and building systems. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe; familiarity with Procore, Yardi CM, or other construction management software a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross?functional teams and client relationships. PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification highly desirable.
