Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSummary:Manages all aspects of Sales for region from request for quote (RFQ) to invoice. Ensures customer satisfaction through efficient execution and solid communication. Utilizes reports to determine problem areas for on-time delivery (OTD) for quotes and orders. Project manages cross-functional teams to insure efficient quote and order execution and support from Supply Chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Manage Customer Account Team for region and ensure customer satisfactionSupport Regional Directors in driving strategic sales initiatives for that regionInterface with and support outside strategic partnersOversee execution of RFQs, tender and quotation activities for assigned region/accounts and provide direction to Customer Account ManagersAnalyze reports from ERP system to identify potential issues in order execution and quoting on timePartner with other departments to formulate plans to resolve issues in order or quote executionPossess advanced understanding of the territory procurement systems and major customersUnderstand contracts and coordinate with legal department as needed for contract review (i.e. rep. agreements, customer contracts, etc.)Possess product knowledge regarding AllClear and our partner OEMsExperience with Salesforce CRM and usageInvestigate, coordinate, and resolve customer problemsAssist in proposal writing and presentations as requiredUnderstand and operate in both the tactical and strategic environmentProduce regularly scheduled reports from computer databasesTrain other team members in all aspects of ERP system as related to performing all of the above requirementsOther duties may be assignedUnderstand and perform functions in accordance with AS9120 and ISO9001 StandardsSupervisory Responsibilities: Position may require supervisory responsibilities but will be determined based on skill set and team requirements as directed by the managing supervisor/VP.
