Summary: We are seeking a visionary and experienced Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices to architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. As a Software Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define architectural strategies, lead the design and development of complex systems, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and development of innovative software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. Define and document architectural patterns, standards, and best practices to guide development teams in building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs and technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of architectural solutions. Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of software systems. Mentor and coach development teams on software design principles, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in software architecture and design. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex software systems. In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture), and design patterns. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, with a strong foundation in object-oriented design and development. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to analyze complex problems, make sound architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership and guidance.
