Pharmacist

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this position is responsible for providing and coordinating pharmaceutical care services and collaborative drug therapy management for patients.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD - From an Accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy-Acceptable for employees hired prior to the revision date of this Job Description (10/01/12).
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years - Acute care experience or a Pharmacy Residency equivalent to 3 years of pharmacy practice experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
