TRANSPORTATION & FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR CosmoProf Beauty invites applications for the Transportation & Fulfillment Coordinator role. This hybrid position is based in our Texas Support Center, currently in Denton, and will relocate to Legacy West in Plano in December 2025. About The Role Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated. Persuade, motivate and influence others; prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively. Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office and internet. Email traffic is highkeeping up is key. Must handle a high number of calls per day. Responsibilities Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough records. Provide excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills. Manage exceptions, review database for errors, research and resolve exceptions, and respond to escalated service requests. Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call. Maintain department KPIs and customer satisfaction ratings. Handle store/customer logistic opportunities, monitor track and trace, and provide weekly score cards on key KPIs. Perform routine data entry, including entering new orders and shipment information into computerized tracking systems; tracing shipments with inbound/outbound carriers; updating information in various systems. Communicate and monitor incoming customer emails to ensure timely communication; escalate internal and external concerns for expedited resolution; ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Run, interpret and disseminate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports; verify all information is correct by close of business day. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors College degree preferred). Strong communication skills. Detail-oriented and analytical. Ability to learn new software systems quickly and efficiently. Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven proficiency working in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and freight software. Minimum 2 years of customer service/transportation experience required. Minimum 2 years of general office work required. Competencies & Attributes Excellent written and oral skills. Practical experience with a Transportation Management System. Strong strategic thinking skills. Ability to work with all levels in the organization along with 3rd party partners. Analytic competencies to implement transformation initiatives and daily/weekly reporting. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the corporate office on specified days. The work may involve long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; occasional lifting of moderately heavy items (e.g., record boxes). The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts; employees must observe normal safety precautions typical of office settings, such as safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals. The area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
