Overview Webuild is actively seeking an experienced and highly qualified Geospatial Project Manager to lead and coordinate a wide range of complex geospatial projects across the United States. This role offers the opportunity to oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning through final execution, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing geospatial initiatives, with a strong background in aerial surveys, LiDAR data acquisition, orthophoto production, and GIS data development. A deep technical understanding of photogrammetry, remote sensing, and geospatial workflows is essential, as is demonstrated success managing project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with key software platformsincluding Pix4D, TerraScan, Spatix, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D is required, along with hands-on experience in aerial data acquisition planning and post-processing for large land development, utility, oil and gas, energy and transmission line projects. The Geospatial Project Manager will work in close coordination with internal staff; technicians, analysts, and field crews as well as direct engagement with clients to ensure that project deliverables meet defined scope, schedule, and quality requirements. Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing resources efficiently, overseeing QA/QC processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Effective and ongoing client communication is critical for progress updates, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction. The successful candidate will be expected to remain current with evolving geospatial technologies and best practices, identify and mitigate project risks proactively, and provide mentorship and training to junior staff members to support team development. Requires a bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Remote Sensing, GIS, or a closely related field. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required. A PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is strongly preferred. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who hold a current ASPRS certification, such as Certified Photogrammetrist or Certified Mapping Scientist. This position can be based in Houston, TX; Ft. Worth, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado or can be 100% remotely based in any United States City.
