As a Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to impress each guest with a clean and welcoming guestroom presentation. Attention to each detail is key to making this happen. Small details will provide an overall huge impact in the guest experience. Your role is essential to our business and will be the crucial factor to secure guest loyalty. Going above & beyond is what is going to set us apart from our competitors. We encourage staff to be creative to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
