**Job Title: General Production Worker****Job Description**Safely and securely move required materials through the various stages of the product life cycle as outlined in the process workflow. Properly set up the equipment/machinery and verify that all safety devices and measures are active and in place, the equipment/machine is operating properly, all gauges, stops, etc. are working properly to ensure that the parts will be processed in accordance with the QC and design requirements. Position metal components against dimensional stops, secure with clamping systems, and perform the operation designated by the work center. Perform the required QC check on each component to ensure that it complies with the design and drawing specifications by conducting visual and dimensional examinations. Ensure that all counts of finished products are correct and marked or tagged with the proper identifying marks, as required. Report any defective parts to the area Supervisor. Properly stack and secure all fabricated metal parts with the prints and deliver to the next workstation, as defined by the process workflow. Always maintain a clean and safe work area.
