Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, or related and currently licensed in the State of California through the BBS or BOP
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-licensure and eligibility to sign off on hours for assigned staff.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapy to adults, couples, families and children in a clinic-based or private practice setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience, working directly with children birth to five and their families in any capacity (teaching, school, center, day care, etc.).
  • Knowledge of trauma informed care, ACEs/PEARLs, mental health, substance use disorders, reflective practice, and developmental issues with children birth to 5.
  • Some experience with curriculum, teaching methods, group management, and behavior intervention.
  • Some knowledge/experience in reflective supervision.
  • Professional/Technical Certifications:
    • Must have current license in the State of CA (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D.). Must maintain current CA BBS or BOP licensure/registration in good standing for the duration of employment.
    • Maintain First Aid & CPR certification.
Technical Requirements:
  • Computer skills; including Electronic Health Records for assessment and documentation of services, web browsing, e-mail, data entry, and word processing. Proficiency in Windows-based programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Travel:
  • Some travel/business related driving required; Staff members driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver's License and DMV clearance required.
Background & Health Clearance Requirements: Bridge & FWB
  • Criminal Records (e.g. LiveScan Fingerprinting), Child Abuse Index Check, Sexual Offender Registry, Health and Tuberculosis (TB) test clearances required.
