Your Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Summer Program Coordinator, who has a passion for working with elementary aged children.

This position is a full-time role starting at the end of May and running through the end of June. Pay rage is $16-19.50/hr.

Our Guidepost Summer Program offers weekly themes that spark curiosity, exploration and fun You will be given a curriculum, and you are encouraged to add in your own creative ideas and activities.

We would love to talk to you if you have:
  • Experience working with children from 1st grade to 6th grade, in camps, after school programs, or a classroom setting
  • Confidence in implementing programs and generating your own engaging activities for students in this age group
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A benevolent approach toward parents and children
  • Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
