Estimated Weekly Salary Range Weekly Salary: $8,160 - $8,750 per week (estimated) OBGYN Physician Job Details Position Type: Locum Tenens OBGYN Physician (Travel Contract) Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Burley, Idaho (Zip: 83318) – Idaho healthcare jobs Start Date: March 15, 2026 End Date: December 26, 2026 Assignment Duration: Approximately 41 weeks Schedule: Multiple 8-hour day shifts throughout assignment (see specific dates below) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Details: 8-hour days Specific Dates: February 5-8, May 7-8, June 4-11, August 1-2 & 27-30, October 6-11, November 10-15 OBGYN Physician Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent international medical degree Completion of an ACGME or AOA approved residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology ABMS or AOA Board Certified, or board eligible within 3 years of residency/fellowship Eligible for unrestricted Federal DEA Certificate Facility-verified case logs showing 30-40 deliveries in the past 36 months Minimum 1 year experience as an OBGYN physician Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Manual dexterity and physical ability for clinical duties, including patient transfers and equipment handling OBGYN Physician Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain accurate clinical histories Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to guide patient care Diagnose patient needs and develop individualized care plans Provide and oversee treatment, including prescriptive practices and procedures within scope Accurately document clinical care in compliance with healthcare regulations Educate patients, families, and clinical staff to support optimal outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and communicate effectively Participate in research and evidence-based practice initiatives Support ongoing professional development and maintain current clinical knowledge Apply now to join our healthcare team in Burley, Idaho and make a difference in women's health Benefits GHR Healthcare offers 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision to Employees.
