Batteries Plus is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative in Anchorage, AK, and this role is anything but boring. In this hands-on position, you'll work with both retail and business customers, helping solve real-world power and lighting needs. One moment you may be assisting a customer with a phone or auto battery, and the next you could be supporting a local business with mobile power solutions. The variety keeps the day moving and the work engaging. What You'll Be Doing Delivering great retail customer service in-store and over the phone Recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs Processing sales, operating the POS register, and handling cash transactions Assisting with battery installation services for vehicles and devices Stocking, merchandising, and supporting daily store operations Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-ready Pay, Bonuses & Benefits Competitive starting pay of $21.00 per hour Monthly sales bonuses and incentive programs Performance-based pay increases Paid vacation after your first year and holiday pay Company-provided uniform shirts plus reimbursement for required pants and shoes Schedule This is a full-time retail position with shifts scheduled during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Store hours are MondaySaturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
