Our office, Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Sacramento, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:

Welcoming patients to the dental office Maintaining accurate patient records Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages Check, sort and forward emails Keep updates records and files Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.) Ability to work Mon - Fri from 7:40AM-5:00PM

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Your Background

You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You're a team player that is adaptable to new and challenging tasks. You're an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who is always proactively striving for excellence. You also have the following:

1 year of proven experience as a dental front desk representative Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.) Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation A high school diploma Desires to help your patients
