As a Territory Manager on our Chattanooga Sales Team, you will be crucial in maintaining our existing network and spearheading expansion efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve cultivating solid relationships with venue partners, ensuring the optimal performance of our digital billboards, and leading our local marketing and sales initiatives. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, technical ability, and a deep understanding of current marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, walk-ins, and community events. Establish a strong presence in local business communities through active involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce.
  • Network Maintenance: Forge and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales & Marketing: Set appointments to discuss our full range of services, utilizing your knowledge of marketing trends to advise clients on effective advertising strategies. Customize pitches to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • An existing book of business or strong network within the advertising community is highly preferred, though optional.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact positively with various individuals.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and current marketing trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and digital content efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the industry.
  • Live in the greater Chattanooga, TN area
