**Circuit Delivery Operations Manager**
Circuit is looking for a motivated, energetic, and forward-thinking person to join our team. The Delivery Operations Supervisor will be expected to accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning, evaluating, and reporting department activities on a frequent basis. Supervisor will also be expected to complete delivery routes as needed.
**About the Service**
Circuit is an all-electric, last mile service transporting passengers and goods in urban settings. Using fleets of Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs), Circuit delivers small to medium sized parcels to residents and businesses across Santa Monica, Venice and Marina Del Rey.
**About the Role**
Circuit is looking for a reliable team member with delivery supervisor experience to begin work immediately. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Please note the hourly rate is $20 plus the potential for tips.
**Responsibilities Include** (including but not limited to)
* Ability to drive middle mile van to sortation facility and load/unload product
* Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
* Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
* Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes
* Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & fosters teamwork
