While we cannot guarantee a minimum number of sessions, clinicians are expected to maintain availability for up to *33 sessions per week*, typically resulting in *25 completed sessions weekly*. *Pay Structure: * combination of hourly and a percentage of individual revenue received via insurance and patient payments *Note:* During the first month, compensation is limited to the base rate of $25/hour until insurance revenue is generated. *Hours & Location* Clinicians begin with an *in-person schedule* to support onboarding and team integration. Once your caseload is full, youll have the *flexibility* to choose between in-person, virtual, or hybrid schedulingbased on your preferences and client needs. *Our Team* Our team includes fully licensed providers, led by our founder and clinical supervisor, *Vera Dragonchuk, LMHC*. We offer both in-person and remote services to meet the needs of our clients and clinicians. While we support flexible care delivery, *most clients currently prefer in-person sessions*. *Our Hiring Process* We aim to create a thoughtful and transparent hiring experience.
