Job Description

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Responsible for providing a variety of Organizational Development, Human Resources and Patient Experience services Network-wide. Administratively supports the Chief People Officer, Director of Engagement and Experience. Coordinates numerous leadership and staff training and development programs, including General Employee Orientation (GEO), New Leader Orientation and various training programs and events. Facilitates and presents during parts of GEO and other educational programs. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. Serves on various committees throughout the year. Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • Previous experience with OD/HR related functions preferred.
  • Prior experience presenting to groups is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
  • N/A
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong computer and customer services skills required.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately perform in a high volume, variable workload, environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Results oriented works effectively and independently under general guidelines.
