Retail Service Specialist Compensation Pay Range: $11.13 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums paid in specific circumstances. The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Essential Job Functions Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom. Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders. Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently. Process retail customer returns and exchanges in an efficient and friendly manner. Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule. Perform all store opening/closing duties. All other duties as assigned. Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required: Strong communication skills Ability to obtain RSS Certification Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts Automotive systems and repair knowledge ASE Certification Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
