As a Marketing Assistant at MG Moving Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
•Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including creating posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
•Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote services, special offers, and company updates.
•Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies, providing insights to the marketing team.
•Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
•Graphic Design: Collaborate with Marketing Team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
•Event Coordination: Help organize and promote company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
•Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports.
•Inventory Management: Keep track of promotional inventory for all 4 locations, and order items when needed. This includes trade show items, clothes, packing labels and other related needs involved in the ordering process.

Qualifications

•1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content management tools.
•Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Strong interest in the moving and relocation industry is a plus.
