Their suite of data analytics and software platforms caters to diverse needs, spanning data science, commercial operations, real-world evidence, and cloud information management. They provide themselves on providing unique advantages to their clients and currently work with several of the world's top 10 Life Sciences companies as clients.

Responsibilities:

Offer data-driven consultation and recommendations to clients and internal teams for Real-World Evidence (RWE) database studies.

Take full ownership of RWE studies using R/Python, utilizing data sources such as claims, EMR, registry, and public files.

Create interpretable deliverables, including data tables, graphs, charts, and study reports.

Lead the design and development of table shells, provide specifications for junior associates.

Convey research findings and contribute to publications.

Stay updated on the latest methodologies and analytical techniques.

Requirements:

MS

in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, HEOR, Statistics, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in observational data studies.

Proficient programming skills in R, Python, SQL, SAS.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to convey HEOR study results to internal cross-functional teams in a clear, non-technical manner.
