SPARC Guest Service Associate (payrate $18.49 -$20.37 per hour based on experience)

Must be 18+ years to apply

Saturdays and Sundays 1:00-6:00pm, December - March

This position will be the lead for our SPARC program, they will be responsible for planning and implementing programming based in both the gym and art room. The SPARC Gust Service Associate (GSA) will also be responsible for supervising SPARC Attendants during the program. The SPARC GSA will work with the Recreation Supervisor and Assistant Director to develop programming for the SPARC program.

Applicants should be energetic, and have some experience working with kids. Ideal candidate will be able to commit to all shifts for the entirety of the program. Candidates should also have basic sports knowledge and ability to plan activities for the 2 hour duration of the program daily.

Seasonal employees get holiday pay for all City of Concord recognized holidays. Seasonal employees who are scheduled to work on holidays will get paid time and a half as well.
