We are seeking a Growing Manager for our strawberry company, which operates across multiple ranches in the Lompoc, California area. The Growing Manager will plan, lead, and oversee the work of agricultural workers involved in growing crops. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating all agricultural activities such as irrigation, land preparation, planting, fertilization, pesticide application, pruning, and harvesting. The role requires using advanced farming methods, investigating and addressing issues, monitoring pest and disease management programs, and keeping detailed records.
