**Job Description**
As a Structural Welder, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the production goals set by the Shop Foreman. Your responsibilities will include welding and fabricating structural steel, following blueprints to ensure production meets specifications, calculating material measurements, receiving and planning job details based on instructions and work orders, and fabricating metals by cutting, burning, and welding. You will also clean and prepare surfaces for welding, set up, assemble, and tack weld parts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
**Hard Skills**
+ 1-3+ years' experience in MIG or TIG welding
+ Ability to follow blueprints and calculate material measurements
+ Experience in cutting, burning, and welding various metals

+ Strong planning and organization skills
