PLATER p - $16 - $20 depending on experience. Responsible for chemical processing in accordance with Company, Customer and NADCAP policies and procedures. This position will include daily direction of Chemical Processors to ensure the processing tanks are always maintained. Supervise junior Chemical Processors & personnel performing processing. Provide technical support to subordinate processors on matters relating to chemical processing. Document processing including documentation of maintenance performed on the work order traveler, and logs. Perform dimensional inspection of products during processing using precision measuring tools and equipment. Assures that the department is clean and organized, and schedules general clean-up of work area; Selects and maintains tools and equipment for jobs; Cleans and maintains Tanks, equipment, compressors, and related equipment; stores Chemical inventory in an organized manner using a first in, first out procedure and open containers are sealed and stored properly; assists other personnel performing their duties; responds to emergencies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, Good knowledge of: Chemical Processing Equipment, Materials, and Techniques used for the application of Chemical film, Anodize and Passivation processes effectively and safely.
