A services company in New Jersey seeks an HRIS Analyst on a contractual basis who can perform the following tasks while interfacing with the HRIS team.
Data Analysis/Review/Audits
Perform a "Pre-Payroll Run" data audit to identify problems and make data corrections before Payroll is run
Audit and correct any mismatch betweenSuccessFactors (SF) effective dated records such as Job Information and Compensation Information viaUI changes, data loads, other update methods with attention to ADP data feed impacts
Audit results between SF/ADP Payroll ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of updates do not impact Payroll processing
SuccessFactors Data Processing
Approve or reject workflows in SuccessFactors on behalf of the HRIS team
Analysis and audit of other data changes and situations as determined by HRIS team
Required Skills
Accomplished in use of SuccessFactors functional and technical areas, specifically UI data lookup/changes, Employee searching, data structures/configuration, Workflow processing, data imports and exports, and SF Reporting
Familiarity with ADP Payroll processing approach, data transfer methods and issue resolution
Data Analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel at a high level of proficiency
Familiarity with service request ticketing and processing
Detail-oriented with focus on problem resolution
Solid communication skills both written and oral to both a technical and functional audience
Capable of working independently, under initial guidance, and flexible in changing priorities while keeping multiple items moving forward
