Join our team in supporting senior staff with project initiation, design, and delivery, focusing on container closure integrity testing (CCIT) and related scopes. Utilize basic engineering skills to gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution. Assist in defining projects through engineering studies and assessments for CCIT system installations. Conduct field evaluations of existing systems and provide engineering design recommendations, contributing to the development of CCIT technologies.

In this role, you'll collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory organizations both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying project status and associated risks to leadership within integrated timelines.
Basic qualifications include a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree with two years of experience, Associate degree with six years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with eight years of experience. The position is open due to planned projects.

Top three must-have skill sets:
Experience working in team settings, collaborating cross-functionally with 4-5 engineers.
Application of technical knowledge to solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS is a must, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biomedical Sciences or related STEM fields is required. Experience in work or laboratory settings is preferred, and new graduates will be considered.

The ideal candidate possesses a technical background or an engineering degree (STEM degrees highly preferred), with AutoCAD experience considered a plus.

Day-to-day responsibilities include predominantly training during onboarding, followed by supporting the development of technical documentation related to CCI testing, executing protocols to support development, and writing technical documentation to back findings and results.
