Landscaping Operations / Project ManagerSoutheast Michigan company established in 2005 provides landscape design, construction, installation, and maintenance services. You would manage and oversee multiple crews for a well-capitalized company with plans to grow 60% over the next three years. Leadership invests in developing their people, equipment, and infrastructure, including running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and oversee up to three crewsPreparation, logistics, and coordination of materials and tools for projectsResolve conflicts with employees or clientsMaintain safety complianceAdministrate annual reviews with crew members according to the EOS People AnalyzerHold evaluation and expectation discussions with employeesMaintain best practices and processesLead, manage, and hold your people accountableLead by example; reinforce company's core valuesCommunicate daily projects to ForemenPrepare for next day and week in advanceManage snow and ice management operationsOther tasks and responsibilities as necessaryRequirementsSufficient and significant landscaping experienceSufficient management and leadership experienceAble to lead, manage, and oversee multiple crewsMust be a strong leader, a self-starter, driven, accountable, humble, a team player, and customer focusedHave a strong attention to detailExcellent communicationStrong problem solving abilityStrong time and priority managementValid driver's licenseWilling and available to work necessary schedule, which can include Saturdays and long hours during the peak season.24/7 availability during snow and ice management eventsCompensation & BenefitsBase salaryBonus opportunityHealth insuranceRetirement with matchingVacation / PTO timeThis description is for informational purposes and not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities or requirements.BR1 is the premiere talent acquisition firm for the service industries.
