AR/AP Accountant

Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a AR/AP associate for a 3 month contract opportunity. Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 Pay $20-$37 (based on experience) + Handle day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. + Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. + Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances + Maintaining historical records + Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks + Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit + Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance + Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports + Continuing to improve the payment process Qualifications: 2 years of AP/AR experience More seasoned Accounting professionals with NetSuite experience will be considered Possible Hybrid schedule Apply below to speak with a recruiter today **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $37.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
