**Division Information** The Pet Care business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. Owners of dogs, cats, birds, small animals, fish and reptiles rely on our brands for exceptional value and trusted results. Our industry-leading brands include Tetra, Instant Ocean, Marineland, 8-in-1, Dingo, FURminator, Natures Miracle, GloFish, DreamBone and SmartBones. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities** * Strategically manage overseas suppliers capacity and partner with onsite operations to make adjustments where necessary. * Analyze multiple sources of data to develop feasible, master production plans for finished goods based on capacity requirements. * Monitor SKU level forecast versus actual demand to adjust supply plans as necessary. * Provide supply side analysis to Sales and Operations Planning(S&OP) process. * Ensure supply plan keeps finished goods inventory levels in line with safety stock plan and achieves customer service level of 98% or higher. * Update SAP to ensure data matches most recent supply plans. * Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to advise of potential supply issues and communicate resolutions. * Partner with the product development team to ensure new product launches are effective and timely. * Contribute as a key team member at meetings and reviews, with key accountabilities for providing metrics, resolving issues, proposing alternate methods, identifying corrective actions, and presenting information. * Recommend and implement strategies to improve supply planning processes as well as manage risks and opportunities for assigned projects. * Help manage slow moving and obsolete finished goods SKUs for proper disposition. * Complete other duties as assigned. **Education and Experience Profile** * Bachelors degree in business or related area. * Three (3) to five (5) years of related supply chain experience is required. * APICS certification is preferred. * SAP experience strongly preferred. * Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment is preferred. **Required Skills** * Must be a team player. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer orientation. * Proven aptitude for multitasking; ability to identify and manage a variety of high priority tasks and provide resolution in a calm and effective manner. * Strong problem analysis and resolution skills. * Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills. * Attention to detail; excellent organizational skills. **Work Environment** Working conditions are normal for an office environment. #LI-LF **Do Not Sell My Personal Information** ** Manage Cookie Preferences** Always Active **33Across** **host description** Location Based Ads Consent Allowed Consent Purposes Legitimate Interest Purposes Personalize Features Location Based Ads
