General Summary of Position

The Environment Support Associate is responsible for maintaining a pleasant and cooperative attitudetowards patients, families of patients, visitors, medical center staff, co-workers,and management at all-times while working as part of a team maintaining ahealing patient environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Performs thorough daily cleaning in assigned areas, following established schedules and using prescribed procedures.
  • High dust all above shoulder surfaces and ceiling vents/lights.
  • Performs check-out/transfer cleaning in assigned areas/and or assigned by supervision which includes utilizing 10-Step Cleaning.
  • Utilizes a wide variety of institutional and industrial cleaning and maintenance chemicals and power equipment according to departmental and OSHA regulations.

This position has a hiring range of $17.5 - $27.23
