Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Experience leading high-performance teams within the advertising industry is required, including proven results in a similar role
  • Expertise in one or more areas of digital marketing (e.g., digital campaigns, paid search, website design/build, SEO, paid social, video production)
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent
  • Adept at translating strategic vision to day-to-day tactical operations
  • A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable for internal and external deliverables and timelines
  • Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and remain functional under deadline-driven pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external audiences
  • Bachelor's degree
