This role involves preparing estimates, evaluating subcontractor bids, and reviewing project plans and specifications.

Position Highlights:

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005

Schedule: MondayFriday, ~ 8 AM5 PM

Compensation: ~ +/- $75--$95k/yr [paid hourly: ~ +/-$36--$46/hr] + great benefits

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Overtime: Occasionally

Travel: Not required

Responsibilities:

Prepare schematic, design development, and construction document estimates

Evaluate subcontractor bids and scopes of work

Perform quantity surveys and review project plans/specifications for all CSI categories

Attend pre-bid meetings, site tours, and post-bid interviews

Build effective relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

5+ years of preconstruction or operations experience on commercial projects

Knowledge of civil/site construction, foundation, and structural systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Suites; familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, bid management, and online plan rooms is preferred
