Responsibilities:
  • Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information.
    Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
    Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals.
  • Daily process of delivered and Interoffice mail.
  • Prepares reports to support business needs and requests.
  • Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments made by credit card.
  • Perform other related duties to assist with special projects as requested by Management.

Experience: Years of experience in Licensing renewal Skills:
  • Licensing renewal
Education
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field preferred and have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
