Assist Drivers Deliver Packages As a UPS Seasonal Driver Helper, you will ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our trucks to help make deliveries and greet customers. The position requires flexibility, and work will be assigned based on operational needs. This seasonal role can be a lot of work, but it's also a lot of fun - full of festive cheer and happy faces. To make it through a busy shift, you'll need to be able to lift up to 70 lbs, enjoy working outside, and have stamina. You'll work with a driver to make deliveries on a pre-assigned route.
