Summary:
Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Performs all necessary pharmacy services including prescription verification, prescription processing, patient counseling, oversight of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy clerks, communication with physicians and proper record keeping. Supports the Patient Management Program to assist with medication adherence, management of side effects, and improvement of overall quality of life. Acts as a resource for pharmaceutical education and information for department staff, patients, and other health professionals.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm
- On-Call rotation if needed
