Shift Leader Summary Description:

  • Oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service. The Shift Leader's responsibilities include

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit genuine care for the wellbeing of our staff, restaurant and our guests.
  • Have a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrate expert comprehension of the menu, steps of service, company history and values and side-work tasks
  • Lead by example. Train, mentor and guide other team members as needed.
  • Perform opening or closing duties such as counting cash drawers, inspecting and setting up the facility, checking staff side-work, conducting punch-audits and communicating a daily summary of service to Management and Ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 2-3 years of service experience in a restaurant or fast casual establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Confident problem-solver.
  • Team player.
