Performs routine data collection, and assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment.Job Description:JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESPerforms and documents basic patient care activities relating to hygiene, feeding, safety, skin integrity, elimination and comfort.Performs and documents limited specific procedures u under the direction of a registered nurse.Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients.Ambulates patients and assists in general movement for activity/exercises directed by the R.N.Communicates pertinent and relevant information relating to the patient's status to the registered nurse. Responds to medical and environmental emergenciesDemonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide basic patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patients ..By maintaining high standards of excellence, helps the Medical Center fulfill its mission by provide compassionate care and respecting the dignity of others.
