You will collaborate closely with the sales, design, and engineering teams to provide precise and detailed estimations that support the companys project proposals and bids. No experience in UAE is required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for glass facade projects, encompassing all relevant products such as aluminium curtain walls, doors and windows, cladding, point-fixed systems, skylights, canopies, balustrades, internal partitions, and metal work. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand the scope of work and required materials. Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals for projects, ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met. Collaborate with the sales and PM teams to develop winning strategies for tenders. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost plans. Monitor and report on project costs, highlighting any variances from the initial estimates and proposing corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and maintain detailed records of estimates, bids, and other relevant documentation. Generate regular reports on the status of ongoing estimates, bids, and project costs. Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements, present estimates, and negotiate terms. Ensure clear and effective communication with clients throughout the estimation and bidding process.
