We're currently in search of a Retread Manager to perform various daily management duties by overseeing, directing and coordinating activities of the retread plant to ensure its effective operations.Pomp's Employees earn an industry competitive wage and are provided access to a trailer-full of benefit privileges, such as: a robust healthcare plan at affordable rates, company matched 401K, discounts on company products, and day-one available paid time off.Job Responsibilities:Meet production goalsCorrect inventoryMaintain and repair retread equipment (NDT's, Buffers, Builder and Chambers)Managing location staff, including hiring and disciplineMaintaining a safe and clean storeAdditional tasks as assignedJob Requirements:2 or more years management experience preferred5 or more years of Bandag retread experience strongly preferredExcellent Interpersonal SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office PreferredValid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service StandardsYou wouldn't stop at a green light, so don't let your career become caught in a roadblock.
