The Role.

Let's make moves We are looking for a Lending Coordinator II to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Lending Coordinator II at Revolution Mortgage, you'll work for our Loan Officer to help progress the loan file through each phase of the loan process. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a keen attention to detail and can work independently and handle any matter of significance as it relates to mortgage deadlines.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing.
•Assist the loan processing and origination department by collecting, organizing, and reviewing documents received from customers
•Support the loan officer by following up and communicating with customers on the status of their loan files
•Ensure the loan file is ready and prepared to be reviewed by our processing and or underwriting
•Order and review all third-party verification and services to ensure all deadlines and other matters of significance are met
•Create, develop, and provide excellent customer brand experience
•Assume other additional duties as assigned by the processing, operations, or origination team
•Assist in managing the pipeline and utilize discretion and independent judgment around matters of the fulfillment of deadlines during the mortgage process
•Track outstanding conditions and other items to ensure timely receipt

Qualifications

•2+ years of experience in mortgage lending
•Strong knowledge of loan products and programs
•Ability to work in the US with proper authorization
•Proficient in GSuite (Google Docs) or similar tools
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
