Wisdom Gaming Inc. (Wisdom) is an emerging leader in esports production specializing in content creation, tournament organization, design, and strategic brand activation. From concept to completion, Wisdoms diverse team of experienced esports minds offer turnkey creative and production services, tournament organization capabilities, and marketing strategy for brands and publishers passionate about establishing their legacy in esports and gaming.

Our extensive network of influencers, talent, and gaming communities allow us to expand our clients reach through aggregate viewership and simultaneous live streams, while creating compelling content across multiple genres and platforms.

Position Overview:

The retail store, located on the 4th floor at MOA and slated to open in early April will hold a variety of Wisdom brands in addition, to partner brands for sale is the new home for esports in the Midwest. Since the Retail Associate is one of the first people to represent Wisdom and our brands we are looking for fun, energetic, friendly and awesome people, and if you love esports that's a bonus. Employees will receive merchandise and access to events.

What You Will Be Doing:

* Assisting Customers in store with questions on merchandise

* Engaging and greeting every customer that walks in

* Ringing sales on the Point of sale (POS) system

* Assisting in the e-commerce process including picking orders and preparing them for shipping

* Assist in the venue operations and events as needed

* Maintain a clean workspace around the retail and venue space

* Other duties as assigned

What You Can Bring Along:

* Retail experience or customer service experience (preferred)

* Knowledge of gaming/esports - Some games we work in: Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, Halo, Rocket League, etc. (preferred)

* Excellent Communication Skills

* Excellent Organization Skills

* Detail-Oriented

* Ability to or willingness to learn new technologies and implement new techniques

* Must be a collaborator with the ability to give and receive constructive criticism

* Ability to learn and understand multiple brands and follow the unique community identities for each

*Salary and Requirements*

* Competitive base pay ($17 to $19 per hour based on experience)

* Flexible scheduling

* Must be available at least one Friday, Saturday, or Sunday a week.

*Working Hours*

Part time hours between 4-28 hours depending on budget and sales.

Mall of America - Wisdom Studio, located on 4th Floor

Wisdom Gaming produces a mix of in-house and white label esports broadcasts in a variety of games. So far, we've put on tournaments in Heroes of the Storm, Legends of Runeterra, Rocket League, Teamfight Tactics, Valorant and more -- with aspirations of going much further.
