Position Summary...What you'll do...The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics (Testing and Monitoring / Level 2) coordinates and completes job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.Role Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Perform and assist in the planning and management of audits/reviews/walkthroughs related to Anti-Corruption, Ethics and/or Compliance subject matters.Communicates the results of audits/reviews.Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings.Drives efficiencies in the audit/review process.Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness.Identifies process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 1 year's experience in internal/external audit, internal controls , management information systems, compliance or related area OR 3 years' experience in internal/external audit, internal controls , management information systems, compliance or related area.Preferred Qualifications 2 years' experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance or related area.1 year's supervisory experience.
