Our client, Industry Leading artisan bakery is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Lead to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Production Lead, you will be part of the Production Team supporting Production and Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have Teamwork, Intergrity and a sense or urgency which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Lead (Manufacturing/Production) Location: Milwaukee then Moving to Franklin, WI Pay Range: $21 per hour What's the Job? The Production Lead is a key memberof our 35+ member production team Support Production Supervisor daily on proper staffing levels with regards to skills and headcount. Develop staff through training of HACCP, GMPs, Safety, Quality and other company standard operating procedures. Enforce plant and company safety programs, promoting and maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, etc. What's Needed? High School Diploma or higher education. Previous Food Manufacturing experience preferred. 2-4 years' experience in direct employee supervision is preferred. Must be willing and able to work extra hours as needed to support production needs. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally as appropriate for the needs of the employees What's in it for me?
