Job Description

This role drives sales and conversions, improves product visibility, and optimizes the overall digital consumer journey. This role involves creating, updating, and managing digital content, analyzing sales data, driving digital projects from inception to market launch, and implementing effective marketing strategies to ensure the brand's success in online marketplaces starting with Amazon. Ideal candidates should have digital experience with key online retailers such as Amazon, experience optimizing the online consumer journey, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with a cross-functional team.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
  • Optimize, create, and update product listings to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and aligned with the brand's standards. This includes managing images, descriptions, keywords, and other digital assets.
  • Update product and color offerings based on data-driven decisions to drive improvements in product listings and marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring clear communication of expectations, standards, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to align content with BlenderBottle branding and retailer compliance.
  • Keep the BlenderBottle digital asset management updated with the latest approved assets.
  • Analyze and report on Amazon's organic placement performance, focusing on insights that drive growth.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to ensure alignment with customer benchmarks and standards.
  • Monitor content performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing regular reports to the team.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Marketing Teams for in-depth spending and search analytics.
  • Drive sales and conversions by optimizing Amazon content and overseeing the creation of marketing materials.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives across Amazon, and key retail partners maintaining direct communication with sales and e-commerce teams.
  • Assist in monitoring spending strategies for digital ads, banners, and organic placement.
Qualifications

We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital content optimization, ideally in e-commerce or CPG industries. Specifically, Amazon is preferred.
  • Long-term commitment is preferred (one-year minimum).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, problem-solving, and collaborative.
  • Capable of prioritizing and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously is a must.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Consumer and brand-first mindset. Able to step outside of their own bias to execute what is best for our consumers and retailer partners.
  • Ability to work closely and communicate with various teams and adapt to retailer-specific requirements.
  • Experience in Amazon listing optimization and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and previous experience with Power BI and DOMO is preferred.
  • Finds areas to improve internal processes and communication.
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to prove themselves, and explore digital marketing, and retail analytics.
